I’m Keren Or, a ray of light.

I help people and organizational leaders find clarity inside complex human systems: relationships, family dynamics, parenting moments, workplace issues, leadership challenges, and places where logic starts looping and the next move becomes hard to see.

My work comes from years of leading organizations, raising three children as a single mother, navigating change, and learning how to trust what I see even when the room is noisy.

I am direct, grounded, intuitive, and practical. I listen for the pattern underneath the story and help you see the map with you inside it.

This is not therapy. It is not coaching. It is a clarity conversation for people dealing with the world as it is, not as it should be.
